I only received my apparel/cup but ordered stickers as well?

  • Stickers, bookmarks, and stationary are all shipped separately from apparel and cups!

When can I expect my order?

  • The shop processing time is 5-10 business days. Once your order is shipped it is out of my control. If you chose the default or free shipping options then your order is partially tracked and has a transit time of 5-15 business days. However, this time does fluctuate during the holidays. So, if you need your order quickly, please let me know and please choose one of the upgraded shipping options. 

I ordered the wrong size, can I return/exchange my apparel item?

  • I partner with another company to print and ship all apparel items so they’re made to order and thus not able to be exchanged since I don’t keep extra stock of them. If you were sent a size/item you didn’t actually order, please let me know and we will fix it! 

My mug arrived broken. Now what?

  • I do everything I can to package things so they arrive safely. However, sometimes things break. If this happens please email me with pictures + your order number and I’ll be happy to either remake your order or refund you

Can I return the mug I bought?

  • All mug sales are final.
